1.I bought one SXmini device and found the device is liimited to 7.5V. Is it possible to fix this limitation ?

Yes sure. The goods we deliveried before Dec.1,2014 are all with this limitation. Please upgrade your device to 9.5V.
1) To do the upgrade, you need a SXi Driver and upgrade Software. Please download the SXi drvier from this link

2.Please help confirm if the goods from another chinese company are original SXmini device ?

We hereby SOLEMNLY DECLARE SXmini WILL NOT authorize to ANY company,vendor or online shop etc. from China. All the goods buy from unauthorize vendor will out of Warranty.
3.Can i buy one or few piece device from you directly ?

4.Can i put 2X18350 battery inside the device ?

What we said dual-battery is 2X18650 battery instead of 18350.
5.How many Colors do you have ?

We have two colors, Black/Silver and Grey/Silver
6.When the goods will be ready if I order now ?

This device is limited edition. Goods will be ready end of Nov. Customers are keep ordering and paying. We will arrange to ship the goods according to the payment list and sorry to keep you waiting.
